Our volunteers report that the days they work with us at the farm leading the horses of or sidewalking with our therapeutic riders they usually meet their 10,000 step daily fitness goals. Come on down and give it a try — it’s cheaper and a lot more more fun than a treadmill. Send us a message and let us know you’d like to help yourself and others by volunteering.
